Do you offer shipping of diamonds I have purchased through your office?
Yes. We can deliver the diamond personally or by parcel post. Please let us know your requirements.
How do we contact you for selling diamonds?
You may use the contact us form where you can fill in your specific queries related to selling diamonds. You may also send an email to info@ja-diam.be, and a member of our staff will answer your correspondence as soon as possible.
How do you determine the cost for my diamond jewellery?
We conduct a thorough evaluation of your diamond jewellery based upon specific measurements and criteria. The purchase price is based upon diamond qualities known as the “4 C's”: cut, colour, clarity, and carat.
What do you charge for evaluating my jewellery?
There is NO cost involved in evaluating your jewellery or diamonds. We evaluate diamonds free of cost to those interested in selling diamonds.

We are located in, and are members of the Diamond Club, and are certified by the HRD, GIA and IGI organizations, which are recognized worldwide as industry leaders in the field of diamond grading.
What services are offered by Ja-Diam?
Ja-Diam is a diamond office offering expert diamond and jewellery appraisals. We also buy diamonds and diamonds jewellery and sell diamonds. Our office is located in Antwerp, Belgium. We primarily serve customers from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, but we also have developed a strong customer base in the rest of the world.
What varieties of diamonds are offered at Ja-Diam for sale?
We have an extensive range of diamonds for sale, including fancy cuts, white diamonds, and various colours and cuts. These diamonds are available with or without certification.
